This HR Intern role is crucial for supporting daily HR operations, including employee record maintenance, recruitment coordination, and onboarding new hires. You will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions in an in-office setting in Janakpuri, Delhi.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🗂️ Support HR operations and maintain employee records/HRIS data.
- 📢 Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling.
- 🤝 Support end-to-end onboarding for new hires.
- 📊 Assist in maintaining HRIS and generating HR reports.
