🎯 About the Role
Support the hardware team in the design and development of our autonomous battery-swapping station. You will collaborate closely with mechanical and robotics engineers, focusing on CAD design, prototyping, and testing.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 💻 Perform CAD design and iteration of mechanical components and assemblies.
- 🛠️ Build, assemble, and test physical prototypes.
- 🛡️ Provide design support for outdoor-rated enclosures, focusing on sealing and IP-rating.
- ⚙️ Support design for manufacturing (DFM) and vendor coordination.
- 💡 Debug and iterate designs based on test feedback.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 🔗 Hands-on experience in system design and building from university competitions or personal projects.
- 🔧 Working knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or equivalent).
- 💡 Genuine interest in startups and robotics.
