The Booking Support Intern will handle travel bookings, coordinate with hotels and transport providers, and manage booking confirmations and documentation. This role is perfect for those passionate about the travel industry and backend coordination.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🏨 Manage hotel, transport, and travel package bookings.
• 🤝 Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors.
• 📄 Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, and invoices.
• 🔄 Ensure timely booking updates and maintain accurate records.
• 🚗 Coordinate travel logistics and vehicle arrangements.
• ❓ Resolve booking-related queries.
• 🧑‍💼 Support day-to-day booking processes.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Graduate candidates are preferred, especially from Tourism, Travel, or Hospitality.
• 🗣️ Good communication and coordination skills.
• 💻 Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
• 🤹 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• 🧩 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excel Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is preferred.
