🎯 About the Role

This internship offers hands-on experience in the complete recruitment and employee lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding. You will work closely with the HR team to support various HR initiatives.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• 📄 Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• 📅 Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• 📞 Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain candidate records.
• 📝 Assist in onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• ✍️ Draft job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment-related communication.
• 🗂️ Maintain HR databases, employee records, and recruitment trackers.
• 🎉 Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BA, Psychology, or any related field.
• 🗣️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 🤝 Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• 💡 Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• 💻 Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace is preferred.
• 🌟 Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
