At GameGenesis, we are seeking a creative 2D Character Artist Intern to translate concepts into expressive character artwork. You will collaborate with creative and development teams on game projects, with potential exposure to 18+ adult themes.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🎨 Create original 2D character designs and concepts.
- ✨ Develop character expressions, poses, outfits, and variations.
- 🖌️ Produce polished illustrations aligned with project needs.
- 🔄 Adapt artwork to various styles and directions.
- 🤝 Collaborate with game designers, developers, and other artists.
- ⬆️ Revise artwork based on feedback.
- 📦 Prepare artwork and assets for game development.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ✍️ Strong drawing and digital illustration skills.
- 📏 Understanding of anatomy, proportions, perspective, and poses.
- 🌈 Good grasp of color theory, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
- 🖥️ Experience with Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Krita, Procreate, or similar tools.
- 🧐 High attention to detail and a strong willingness to learn.
