This role involves leading day-to-day machining operations, including CNC production, setup, and process execution. You will be responsible for managing manpower, production planning, machine utilization, and meeting delivery targets while driving productivity improvements.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ⚙️ Lead day-to-day machining operations, including CNC production and setup.
- 👥 Manage manpower, production planning, and machine utilisation.
- 📈 Drive productivity improvement and tool life optimisation.
- ✅ Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer requirements.
- 🤝 Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and PPC teams.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🔧 Experience in CNC machining and machine shop operations.
- 🧠 Strong understanding of production processes and shop-floor management.
- 🗣️ Ability to lead teams and drive operational discipline.
- 🚗 Experience in automotive or precision engineering is an advantage.
