🎯 About the Role

This role is focused on ensuring smooth and timely service fulfilment for patients. You will be responsible for assigning and coordinating Nursing and Caregiver cases, matching the right healthcare professionals, and managing scheduling and follow-ups. The position requires close collaboration with CSS and Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📋 Assign and coordinate Nursing and Caregiver cases.
• 🔍 Match healthcare professionals based on patient requirements.
• 📞 Coordinate with patients, caregivers, and nurses for service confirmation.
• 🗓️ Handle case scheduling, follow-ups, and replacements.
• ⏰ Ensure services start on time with minimal delays.
• 📊 Update CRM and maintain accurate case records.
• 🤝 Work closely with CSS and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💡 0–1 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Healthcare Operations, BPO, or Service Coordination.
• 🗣️ Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus).
• 🧩 Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• 💻 Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.
• ⚡ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
