🎯 About the Role
This internship involves supporting intellectual property research and administrative tasks for a HealthTech company specializing in clinical genomics products. You will conduct preliminary IP clearance searches, research global IP laws, and assist in drafting foundational paperwork for various applications.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔍 Perform preliminary trademark and design clearance searches.
- 🌍 Research global IP laws, regulations, and judicial trends.
- ✍️ Assist in drafting and organizing foundational paperwork for patent, trademark, and copyright applications.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 👩💻 Ability to execute tasks and document information independently.
- ⚖️ Strong understanding of basic IPR framework (Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secrets).
- 📊 Excellent analytical, report-writing, and data management capabilities.
- 👀 Keen attention to details.
- 🧽 Ability to critically evaluate and integrate information from multiple sources.
- 🖥️ Proficiency in Google & Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- 🤝 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- ⏰ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- 💬 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
