Gain practical experience in a state-of-the-art, NABL-accredited laboratory focused on food, water, hygiene, and environmental testing. You will work with a company renowned for its expertise in FSSAI compliance and food safety management.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔬 Conduct sensory evaluation of food samples and shelf-life studies.
- ✅ Perform quality checks and verify test results for accuracy.
- ⚖️ Follow FSSAI guidelines and food safety regulations.
- 📊 Maintain laboratory records and prepare test reports.
- ⚙️ Support day-to-day laboratory operations adhering to safety procedures.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🧪 Basic understanding of laboratory protocols.
- 🖥️ Proficient in basic computer applications for data entry and reporting.
- 👩🔬 Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- 👍 Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
- 📝 Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
💰 Stipend: ₹7,000 - ₹10,000 per month
