🎯 About the Role

Interns at Healthy Teen Network collaborate closely with staff to develop a personalized learning experience based on individual skills and objectives. The role offers exposure to various projects within the organization, with potential for compensation based on current projects and funding.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Support one of three departments: Capacity Building, Communications, or Innovation and Research.
• 📝 Document progress and outcomes of assigned tasks.
• 💬 Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ Strong commitment to the organization's mission and principles.
• 🎓 Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college pursuing a degree.
• 🗣️ Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 🗂️ Proficient organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• 💡 Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.

💰 Compensation: Compensation varies depending on project and funding. Coordination with Federal Work Study Program for stipend may be available. Coordination with college/university for course credit is available.

⏳ Duration: Minimum three-month commitment.

📍 Location: Remote (with potential requirement to report to Baltimore, MD for occasional meetings).
