Founder's Office Intern – Events & Operations

Assist in planning and executing thoughtfully curated events and experiences, from intimate celebrations to community gatherings.

🎯 About the Role

Work closely with the founder to help bring thoughtfully curated events and experiences to life. You'll gain hands-on experience in event planning, operations, and project management from the ground up.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📅 Assisting with planning and executing events from concept to completion.
• 🛍️ Researching and sourcing décor, props, stationery, and gifting.
• 🤝 Coordinating with vendors for quotations, deliveries, and follow-ups.
• 📝 Creating planning sheets, timelines, checklists, and production documents.
• 🎨 Supporting presentations, layouts, and basic Canva designs.
• ⏱️ Managing schedules, trackers, and day-to-day operational tasks.
• 🏢 Visiting local markets for sourcing and being part of on-ground event setup.
• 👩‍💻 Supporting the founder across planning, operations, and project management.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🤝 Strong organisational and communication skills.
• 💻 Working knowledge of Canva and Google Workspace.
• 🔍 Excellent attention to detail.
• 🚀 A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• 🏃 Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• ✨ An interest in events, hospitality, design, or creative businesses.

💰 Stipend: ₹5,000–₹6,000 per month

⏳ Duration: 2 Months

📍 Location: Bhubaneswar (On-site)
