Work directly with the founding team across growth, strategy, partnerships, marketing, and operations, contributing to meaningful projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

🎯 About the Role

This high-ownership role offers firsthand experience in building a startup ecosystem. You will engage in founder, investor, and partner outreach, execute marketing campaigns, manage operations, and support event planning, all while learning to solve problems in a dynamic startup setting.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Founder, investor, mentor, sponsor, and college outreach.
• 📈 Coordinate partnerships and execute marketing campaigns.
• 💬 Manage participant communication.
• 🔍 Conduct startup and market research.
• 🗓️ Support planning and execution of flagship events.
• 🏗️ Build systems and manage operations.
• 💡 Contribute ideas to improve community experience.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 🗂️ Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• 💻 Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
• 🧠 Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• 🚀 Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
• 🏃 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• 🌟 Genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, venture capital, and innovation.
• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Comfortable interacting with founders, investors, mentors, and partners.
• 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
• 💡 Previous experience through internships or student organizations is a plus.
• ✈️ Willingness to travel to Mumbai and Bangalore when required.

💰 Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month
