Embedded Systems & IoT Hardware Intern

Work on real-world embedded, electronics, and IoT products. This hands-on role involves firmware development, PCB hardware, connectivity, and hardware testing.

🎯 About the Role

Develop and test firmware for ESP32-based systems, integrating IoT technologies and APIs. You will also perform soldering, PCB assembly, hardware bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 💻 Develop and test firmware for ESP32 systems using Arduino IDE/PlatformIO.
• 📝 Write and maintain Embedded C/C++ code.
• 🌐 Work with IoT technologies (Wi-Fi, BLE, MQTT, HTTP).
• 🔌 Integrate APIs and payment gateway services.
• 🛠️ Perform soldering, PCB assembly, and hardware troubleshooting.
• 💡 Debug electronic circuits and identify hardware issues.
• 🔗 Work with communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, RS485).
• 🖱️ Assist with PCB design and schematic development.
• ⚡ Work with power electronics and troubleshoot related issues.
• ✅ Perform testing and validation of hardware and firmware.
• 🌳 Use Git for version control.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 💻 ESP32 programming using Arduino IDE and/or PlatformIO.
• 👨‍💻 Embedded C/C++.
• 📡 IoT technologies — Wi-Fi, BLE, MQTT, HTTP.
• 🔌 Electronics fundamentals and circuit debugging.
• 🔥 Soldering and PCB assembly.
• 🔧 Hardware troubleshooting.
• 🧭 Basic understanding of UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and RS485.
• 🖱️ PCB designing.
• ⭐ Experience with CAN / RS485 is preferred.
• ✨ Experience with PCB design tools is preferred.
• 💳 Payment gateway or API integration experience is preferred.
• 💡 Knowledge of power electronics is preferred.
• 🌱 Familiarity with Git and basic Linux is preferred.

📍 Location: On-site

⏳ Duration: 3–6 months, based on performance
