This internship focuses on assisting coaching staff and operations leads with planning practices, developing training materials, and organizing virtual meetings and events. You will contribute to program communications and administrative tasks.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🏈 Assist with remote coaching sessions and plan practices.
• 📈 Develop training materials and drills.
• 📅 Help organize virtual meetings, events, and program communications.
• 📊 Track player development and maintain schedules and rosters.
• 📝 Support the creation of digital content and playbooks.
• 🗂️ Assist with administrative tasks and documentation.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🏈 Strong foundation in Football, with knowledge of Girls Flag Football rules and gameplay.
• 🧑‍🏫 Demonstrated Football Coaching and general Coaching skills.
• 💡 Experience or interest in Training and skill-building activities.
• 🗣️ Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication.
• 🏠 Ability to work remotely with reliability and strong time management.
