🎯 About the Role
This paid internship provides an opportunity to work in Vestar's Phoenix office and at retail properties, assisting with marketing plan implementation, digital marketing efforts, and tenant relations. You'll gain exposure to various aspects of retail real estate marketing.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📣 Assist in implementing annual market plans for retail projects.
- 🤝 Establish positive working relationships with property teams.
- 🗓️ Participate in coordinating project events with teams and vendors.
- 💻 Assist with digital marketing efforts across social media, website, and email.
- 🎨 Assist with the production of on-site marketing materials and advertising.
- 🤝 Organize and manage tenant relations, focusing on their marketing campaigns.
- 🔍 Conduct special research and marketing assignments as needed.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 💻 Proficiency with Microsoft business products and standard marketing programs.
- 🗣️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- 🎯 Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- 🌟 Enthusiastic and highly organized.
- 📚 Currently a Junior or Senior at an accredited 4-year College or University.
- 🎓 Focus in Marketing, Business Administration with Marketing/Communication/Retail Management/Tourism concentration.
- 📈 Completed intermediate marketing coursework.
- 🌟 Minimum GPA of 3.0.
