Product Enhancement Intern

iMocha is seeking a curious and detail-driven Product Enhancement Intern for their AI-EnglishPro team. This role offers the chance to directly contribute to product improvement, identify enhancement opportunities, and shape the product roadmap.

🎯 About the Role

This is an active internship where you will collaborate with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance the product experience for AI-EnglishPro. You will be involved in research, content development, user experience analysis, and data insights.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🔍 Product Research & Enhancement: Analyse assessment flow, identify UX gaps, and benchmark against competitors.
• 📝 Content & Assessment Quality: Propose new question types, review existing content, and draft new assessment items.
• 💡 User Experience & Reporting: Collect and analyze user feedback, map pain points, and assist in designing improved dashboards.
• 📊 Data & Insights: Analyse assessment data to identify patterns and prepare insight reports.
• 📈 Competitive & Market Intelligence: Track industry trends and maintain a competitive intelligence tracker.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Masters' degree in English Literature, Linguistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Psychology, or Business.
• 🗣️ Strong command of the English language — written and spoken (C1 or above preferred).
• 🧠 Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data and drawing conclusions.
• ✍️ Ability to write clearly and precisely: requirements, reports, and user stories.
• 🚀 Proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take ownership.
• ⭐ Good to Have: Basic understanding of CEFR, exposure to product management tools, familiarity with NLP concepts, experience with data tools, prior internship in EdTech/HRTech/SaaS.
