🎯 About the Role
This role involves identifying and onboarding new POSP agents, servicing existing ones to boost sales, and ensuring customer inquiries are resolved efficiently. You will also be responsible for creating training processes and achieving monthly sales targets.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🤝 Meet and onboard potential POSP agents in assigned geographical areas.
- 📞 Service existing POS agents to drive sales growth.
- 💬 Handle customer inquiries with speed and satisfaction.
- 📈 Achieve monthly sales target numbers.
- 💡 Drive channel growth with ownership and motivation.
- 💼 Manage relationships with customers and identify their needs.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Graduation degree in any stream with strong communication skills.
- 🚗 Awareness of Motor & General Insurance and a zeal for sales.
- ⏳ 0-3 years of experience (freshers considered).
- 🚀 Desire for fast growth in a challenging environment.
- 🗣️ Proficiency in English and any other local language is preferable.
