Sales Executive

Drive customer acquisition for a plant management SaaS product by identifying leads, conducting demos, and closing deals with manufacturing businesses.

🎯 About the Role

This role focuses on acquiring new customers for BrickOps, a plant management SaaS solution for manufacturing businesses. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their pain points, conducting personalized demos, and managing the sales cycle from prospect to closure.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🎯 Identify and approach manufacturing plant owners.
• 📞 Generate qualified leads through various outreach methods.
• 📊 Understand customer pain points related to production, stock, and profitability.
• 💻 Conduct personalized BrickOps demos and explain business value.
• 🤝 Handle objections, negotiations, and close sales.
• 🔗 Build relationships with partners and maintain CRM records.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📈 1–2 years of B2B sales experience.
• 💼 Experience selling ERP, SaaS, Accounting, or Manufacturing Software preferred.
• 🗣️ Strong B2B selling and follow-up skills.
• 💬 Experience speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• ❓ Product demo and consultative selling ability.
• 🇮🇳 Good Hindi & English communication; Marathi is an advantage.

💰 Stipend: ₹3–5 LPA + Performance Incentives
