This internship focuses on prototyping, evaluating, and productionizing AI capabilities. You will collaborate with experienced engineers and researchers to build and improve AI-driven job search features.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- ποΈ Build and evaluate LLM- and machine-learning-powered features.
- π Develop data pipelines and integrations for AI systems.
- π§ͺ Experiment with prompting, retrieval, ranking, embeddings, and model evaluation.
- π Improve the quality, latency, reliability, and cost of AI experiences.
- π Create evaluation datasets and analyze model behavior.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field.
- π Strong Python programming skills.
- π§ Understanding of machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval fundamentals.
- π Familiarity with APIs, data processing, and software development practices.
- π’ Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA.
