This role involves ensuring smooth customer onboarding and optimizing the quality of candidate recommendations. You will analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- πΆ Monitor newly onboarded customers and support follow-up.
- π§ Review candidate recommendation quality and identify fit gaps.
- π Analyze patterns in recommendation quality, customer needs, and candidate fit.
- π£οΈ Lead client meetings to ensure clear communication.
- π Summarize findings, feedback, and recurring issues.
- π Support improvements to operational workflows and customer experience.
- π Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
β Requirements & Skills
- π€ Experience in client-facing or recruiting internship.
- π Strong attention to detail and interest in recruiting or AI products.
- π Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
- βοΈ Strong written communication skills for summarizing findings.
- π§ Able to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- π Background or strong interest in recruiting, data analytics, operations, or AI product (preferred).
