π― About the Role
You will prototype, evaluate, and productionize AI capabilities, collaborating with experienced engineers and researchers. Shape how people experience AI-driven job search by contributing to innovative features.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π€ Build and evaluate LLM- and machine-learning-powered features.
- π Develop data pipelines and and integrations for AI systems.
- π§ͺ Experiment with prompting, retrieval, ranking, embeddings, and model evaluation.
- π Improve the quality, latency, reliability, and cost of AI-powered experiences.
- π¬ Create evaluation datasets and analyze model behavior.
- π€ Collaborate closely with AI, engineering, and product teams in person.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- π Strong Python programming skills.
- π§ Understanding of machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval fundamentals.
- π Familiarity with APIs, data processing, and software development practices.
- π Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA.
- π€ (Preferred) Experience with LLM applications, RAG, embeddings, or model evaluation.
- π (Preferred) Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or cloud AI services.
- π οΈ (Preferred) Experience building end-to-end AI prototypes.
- π (Preferred) Knowledge of recommendation systems, search, or ranking.
- π‘ (Preferred) Previous AI research, internship, or substantial personal project experience.
