- 📊 Analyze job seeker behavior, job data, and product performance.
- 📈 Define metrics and design experiments to evaluate new features.
- 🔗 Build analytical models, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
- 💡 Explore opportunities to improve recommendations, search relevance, and engagement.
- 🗣️ Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- 🤝 Collaborate in person with product, engineering, and AI teams.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- 🐍 Experience with Python and SQL.
- 🧠 Understanding of statistics, experimentation, and data analysis.
