This internship offers the chance to build production AI agents used by real users, working at the intersection of AI, agents, and product development. You will develop user-facing features, backend APIs, and integrate AI capabilities, shaping the future of AI-driven job search.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✨ Build user-facing features using modern frontend technologies.
- ☁️ Develop backend APIs, services, and database integrations.
- 🤖 Connect product experiences with AI and recommendation capabilities.
- 🚀 Improve application usability, performance, and reliability.
- 🤝 Partner closely with design and product teams through rapid iteration.
- 🗣️ Participate in technical discussions and in-person collaboration.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 💻 Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and fundamental web technologies.
- 🔄 Exposure to both frontend and backend development.
- 🔧 Familiarity with Git, APIs, and basic software testing.
- 🚗 Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA.
- 🎨 Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or SQL preferred.
- 💡 Strong product sense and attention to user experience preferred.
