This internship allows you to build real AI agents and gain high ownership and impact. You'll work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product, shaping the user experience of AI-driven job search.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π¦ Prepare datasets and build reproducible machine-learning experiments.
- π Train, evaluate, and compare models using appropriate metrics.
- π Support data pipelines and integrations for ML-powered product features.
- π Investigate model errors, bias, latency, and reliability.
- π£οΈ Document experiments and communicate technical findings.
- π§ Contribute tests and tooling that improve ML development workflows.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- π Strong Python programming skills.
- π§ Understanding of machine-learning fundamentals and model evaluation.
- πΎ Familiarity with data structures, software development, and version control.
- π Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- π Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks (preferred).
- π‘ Coursework or projects involving NLP, recommendation systems, search, or ranking (preferred).
