As a Machine Learning Engineer Intern, you will contribute to the core AI capabilities of a personal job search agent. Your work will involve building and evaluating machine learning features, with an emphasis on experiments, model quality, data pipelines, and development tooling. π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π§ͺ Prepare datasets and build reproducible machine-learning experiments.
- π€ Train, evaluate, and compare models using appropriate metrics.
- βοΈ Support data pipelines and integrations for ML-powered product features.
- π Investigate model errors, bias, latency, and reliability.
- π Document experiments and communicate technical findings.
- π οΈ Contribute tests and tooling that improve ML development workflows.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- π Strong Python programming skills.
- π§ Understanding of machine-learning fundamentals and model evaluation.
- π» Familiarity with data structures, software development, and version control.
- π Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- π‘ Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar frameworks (preferred).
