In this internship, you will focus on understanding user needs, defining product opportunities, and assisting in bringing product experiences from concept to launch. You will work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product, shaping how people experience AI-driven job search.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Conduct user and market research to identify product opportunities.
- π Translate user problems into clear product requirements and priorities.
- π Write product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- π€ Partner with engineering and design teams throughout development.
- π Define success metrics and analyze feature performance after launch.
- π Support product launches, feedback collection, and iteration.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- π Strong analytical, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- 𧩠Ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
- π‘ Genuine interest in AI products and user-centered product development.
- π’ Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA.
- π Previous product, startup, consulting, engineering, or research experience is preferred.
