Product Operations Intern

This internship involves assisting in the day-to-day operations of an AI Recruiting Agent, monitoring performance metrics, and analyzing operational data. You will also collect and categorize user feedback, test new internal AI tools, and explore automation opportunities using AI tools. • • Assist in the daily operations of the AI Recruiting Agent.
• • Monitor Agent performance metrics and analyze operational data.
• • Review customer interactions and categorize user feedback.

• • Explore and implement AI tools for task automation.
• • Ensure tasks are executed accurately and on time.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
• • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• • Experience with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
• • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• • High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results.
• • Curiosity about AI technologies and SaaS products.
