Support the core Product & Operations team by assisting with operational tasks, data analysis, and workflow automation for an AI Recruiting Agent.
π― About the Role
This internship provides an opportunity to build real AI agents and gain high ownership and impact. You'll work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product, shaping the user experience of AI-driven job search.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- βοΈ Assist in daily operations of the AI Recruiting Agent to meet customer hiring goals.
- π Monitor Agent performance metrics and analyze operational data for improvements.
- π Categorize and document user feedback for actionable product insights.
- π§ Collaborate with the Product Operations Manager and engineering to test new AI tools.
- π Assist in exploring and implementing AI tools for operational task automation.
β Requirements & Skills
- π¨π³ Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
- π Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- π» Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- π Experience with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
- π Strong executor who takes initiative and problem-solves.
- π― Takes pride in work and delivers high-quality results.
- π‘ Strong curiosity about AI technologies and SaaS products.
- πΌ Prior internship experience in product management, operations, data analysis, or HR tech (preferred).
