This internship offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product development. You will contribute to the success of an AI Recruiting Agent by supporting the core Product & Operations team. Gain hands-on experience building real AI agents used by actual users.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📈 Assist in the day-to-day operations of the AI Recruiting Agent.
- 📊 Monitor Agent performance metrics and analyze operational data.
- 📝 Categorize and document user feedback to provide actionable insights.
- 🧪 Test new internal AI tools and report bugs or inefficiencies.
- 🤖 Explore and implement AI tools to automate operational tasks.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🗣️ Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- 🎓 Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 💻 Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- ⭐ A strong executor who takes initiative and is detail-oriented.
- 💡 Curiosity about AI technologies, SaaS products, and their disruption potential.
