Support the core Product & Operations team by assisting with operational tasks, data analysis, and user feedback to ensure the success of an AI recruiting agent.
π― About the Role
This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of an AI Recruiting Agent, monitoring performance metrics, and analyzing operational data. You will also categorize and document user feedback and assist in testing new internal AI tools.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π€ Assist in the day-to-day operations of the AI Recruiting Agent
- π Help monitor Agent performance metrics and analyze operational data
- π Categorize and document user feedback
- π§ͺ Work closely with the Product Operations Manager to test new internal AI tools
- βοΈ Assist in exploring and implementing AI tools to automate tasks
β Requirements & Skills
- π£οΈ Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English required
- π Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- π Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- β A strong executor who takes initiative and cares about high-quality results
