This role involves working with real production AI agents and contributing to the improvement of operational workflows and customer experience. You will analyze data, identify fit gaps, and support ad-hoc projects within a fast-paced environment.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π§βπΌ Monitor newly onboarded customers and support day-to-day operational follow-up.
- π Review the quality of candidate recommendations and identify fit gaps.
- π Analyze patterns in recommendation quality, customer needs, and candidate fit.
