In this role, you will ensure smooth customer onboarding, evaluate the quality of candidate recommendations, and identify areas for operational improvement. Your analysis will contribute to enhancing customer experience and refining AI-driven recruitment processes.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Monitor newly onboarded customers and support day-to-day operational follow-up.
- β Review the quality of candidate recommendations and identify fit gaps.
- π Analyze patterns in recommendation quality, customer needs, and candidate fit.
- π€ Lead client meetings to ensure clear and smooth communication.
- π Summarize findings, feedback, and recurring issues.
- π Support improvements to operational workflows and customer experience.
- π Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
β Requirements & Skills
- π©βπΌ Experience in client-facing or recruiting internships.
- π§ Strong attention to detail and interest in recruiting or customer-facing AI products.
- π» Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
