This role offers the opportunity to build real, production AI agents used by real users at the intersection of AI, agents, and product. You will have high ownership and impact, shaping how people experience AI-driven job search.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🤖 Build and evaluate LLM- and machine-learning-powered product features.
- 🔗 Develop data pipelines and integrations for AI systems.
- 🧪 Experiment with prompting, retrieval, ranking, embeddings, and model evaluation.
- 🚀 Improve the quality, latency, reliability, and cost of AI-powered experiences.
- 📊 Create evaluation datasets and investigate model behavior.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field.
- 🐍 Strong Python programming skills.
- 🧠 Understanding of machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval fundamentals.
- 🔌 Familiarity with APIs, data processing, and software development practices.
- 🧑💻 Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
