This remote internship provides an opportunity to build and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems that are shaping the future of job search. You will work on LLM- and machine-learning-powered features, develop data pipelines, and experiment with various AI techniques to improve product quality, latency, and reliability.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π οΈ Build and evaluate LLM- and machine-learning-powered product features.
- π Develop data pipelines and integrations for AI systems.
- π Experiment with prompting, retrieval, ranking, embeddings, and model evaluation.
- π Improve the quality, latency, reliability, and cost of AI-powered experiences.
- π Create evaluation datasets and investigate model behavior.
- π Document experiments and communicate technical findings.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- π Strong Python programming skills.
- π§ Understanding of machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval fundamentals.
- βοΈ Familiarity with APIs, data processing, and software development practices.
- π Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
