π― About the Role
As a Remote Product Manager Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of an AI job search agent. You'll conduct user research, define product opportunities, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to launch personalized job search experiences.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
- π Conduct user and market research to identify meaningful product opportunities.
- π Translate user problems into clear product requirements and priorities.
- π Write product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- π€ Partner with engineering and design teams throughout development.
- π Define success metrics and analyze feature performance after launch.
- π Support product launches, feedback collection, and iteration.
- π£οΈ Communicate decisions, priorities, and project updates clearly in a remote environment.
β Requirements & Skills
- π Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- π§ Strong analytical, writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- π‘ Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable plans.
- π€ Genuine interest in AI products and user-centered product development.
- π Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team.
- πΌ Previous product, startup, consulting, engineering, or research experience (preferred).
- π Familiarity with user research, product analytics, SQL, or experimentation (preferred).
- π¨ Experience with Figma, product documentation, or project management tools (preferred).
- π Interest in LLMs, AI agents, career technology, or consumer applications (preferred).
