Executive / Senior Executive – GST Compliance

Contribute to the financial compliance of a leading renewable energy company by managing GST regulations.

🎯 About the Role

This role involves the preparation, review, and filing of GST returns, performing reconciliations, and ensuring timely compliance with GST regulations. You will handle GST notices, support audits, and maintain accurate documentation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 📑 Prepare, review, and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• ⚖️ Perform GST reconciliations between accounts, portal data, and vendor/customer records.
• ✅ Ensure timely compliance with GST regulations and statutory requirements.
• 📧 Handle GST notices, queries, and support during audits.
• 🤝 Coordinate with internal stakeholders for GST data collection.
• 🗃️ Maintain accurate GST compliance documentation and records.
• 🔍 Assist in identifying and resolving GST discrepancies.
• 📊 Generate and analyze reports using MS Excel for compliance.
• 💻 Work with SAP for transaction verification and reporting.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 📅 2–5 years of experience in GST compliance, taxation, or finance.
• 📄 Good knowledge of GST return filing and GST reconciliations.
• ➕ Prior experience in GST compliance activities.
• 📈 Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation).
• 🧮 Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP.
• 💡 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• ⏳ Ability to work effectively within compliance deadlines.
