🎯 About the Role

This senior leadership role involves overseeing the Finance & Accounts function, driving financial planning, profitability, and business decision-making. You will work closely with Partners and the Senior Leadership Team to manage financial controls, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

• 📊 Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function, including reporting and controls.
• 📈 Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS.
• 💰 Monitor revenue, profitability, expenses, and cash flows.
• ⚖️ Oversee tax compliance and statutory requirements.
• 🔒 Strengthen internal controls and risk management processes.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📚 Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and taxation.
• 📈 Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial analysis.
• 🔍 Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• 💰 Excellent understanding of cash flow and working capital management.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• 🖥️ Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial/ERP systems.
• 🧑‍💼 Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
