Content Operations Intern

Support day-to-day content operations by ensuring smooth onboarding, documentation, coordination, and payment processes for creators and partners.

This role is ideal for individuals who excel at working with people, managing data, coordinating across teams, and ensuring operational accuracy and timeliness.

🎯 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Operations Intern to manage the operational aspects of content creation. You will work with creators, vendors, production partners, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and timely execution of content projects.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🤝 Onboard writers, voice-over artists, production houses, agencies, and other content partners.
• 📊 Maintain accurate creator and partner data, ensuring records are updated regularly.
• ⭐ Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, vendors, and external partners.
• 📦 Compile, organize, and maintain resources for smooth operational execution.
• 📄 Prepare, process, and send agreements, work orders, and other documentation.
• 💰 Coordinate with the Finance team for timely creator and vendor payments.
• 🔄 Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Content) to support project execution.
• ✅ Track pending tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of requirements.
• 📈 Support process improvements by identifying gaps and suggesting efficiency enhancements.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mass Communication, Media, Operations, or a related field.
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 🧐 Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• 💻 Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and documentation.
• 📞 Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and follow up effectively.
• 🌟 Basic understanding of content, media, creator ecosystems, or vendor management is a plus.
