Founding Marketing Intern

Help grow an early-stage AI education company by creating engaging content and experimenting with social media growth strategies.

🎯 About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating content, and wants to experiment with different ways to grow an early-stage brand. You’ll work directly with the founder and have significant ownership over what is tested, created, and launched.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• ✍️ Create and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter.
• 🔎 Research trends, formats, creators, and competitor accounts for content ideas.
• 📢 Develop social media campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and leads.
• 💡 Turn existing ideas and content into engaging social posts.
• 📅 Help develop a consistent content calendar and posting strategy.
• 📝 Write clear, engaging copy for social media and other marketing materials.
• 📊 Track basic performance metrics and identify successful content and channels.
• 🚀 Experiment with new growth ideas and proactively recommend strategies.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📱 Extensive time spent on social media with an understanding of what performs well.
• 🧑‍💻 Experience managing or creating content for a social media account.
• 💡 Comfortable generating ideas independently.
• ✨ Strong instincts for making content interesting and shareable.
• ✍️ Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
• 🤔 Curious, organized, and willing to experiment.
• 💻 Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or other marketing tools.
