🎯 About the Role
As a test development engineer, you will be responsible for testing features on semiconductor chips to guarantee they meet customer specifications. You will work closely with design teams and potentially develop new testing strategies for advanced equipment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Verify code and test programs across numerous individual parts.
- ✅ Flag parts with unexpected results for further investigation.
- ✅ Replicate work on test benches for correlation exercises with design teams.
- ✅ Contribute to new product introduction (NPI) plans.
- ✅ Optimize test time and yield.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- ✅ Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
- ✅ Experience with Digital/Analog circuit fundamentals.
- ✅ Software development experience and coding in a general-purpose programming language.
- ✅ Ability to read schematics and research chip designs.
- ✅ Familiarity with Python, C, Visual Basic, and testing instruments.
- ✅ Strong communication skills for inter-departmental collaboration.

💰 Compensation: $25 - $50 per hour
