• 📧 Assist with outreach efforts and respond to initial customer inquiries.
• 📊 Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.
• 📄 Prepare basic pitch materials or presentations.
• 🤝 Coordinate with internal teams to align on service offerings.
• 📞 Schedule meetings or demos and contribute to follow-up activities.
