🎯 About the Role

This is a hands-on training opportunity designed to prepare you for a full Driver position with McLane. You will receive paid training, hands-on coaching, and the support needed to become a successful McLane Driver, earning competitive pay and benefits from day one.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚚 Maneuver tractor into position and attach trailer.
• 🚦 Operate truck safely in compliance with all regulations.
• 🔍 Inspect tractor-trailer equipment for defects pre/post trip.
• 📦 Inspect trailer to ensure product is secure for transport.
• 👥 Assist the Driver in unloading trailer and delivering product.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📜 High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 🚗 Possess a Class A CDL.
• 👤 Be at least 21 years of age.
• ✅ Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• 🗣️ Ability to read, write, and understand English sufficiently for job-related tasks.

• 💰 Drivers make $80,000 to $90,000; experienced drivers can make $100K plus.
