As an Analytics Manager, you will use data to drive business growth, owning metrics, measurement, and experimentation for a specific business area. You'll quantify KPIs, uncover insights, and collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to achieve business goals.

✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🏆 5+ years in Analytics and Analytics Management.
- 👨💼 2+ years in a management role driving strategic initiatives.
- 📈 Proven track record in a consumer-FMCG, CPG, or fintech environment.
- 🚀 Deep experience scaling product businesses with ownership of significant revenue targets.
- 🧮 Strong analytical skills with experience in growth experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- 🗄️ Deep SQL knowledge.
- 🖥️ Proficiency in product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Grafana, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- 🧠 Deep understanding of data analytics, user behavior analysis, and segmentation.
- 🗣️ Strong communication skills to interact with teams and stakeholders.
- 👨🏫 Ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing product teams.
- 🧭 Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
