This role involves supporting the preparation of various US tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership) and assisting with fundamental accounting duties like bookkeeping and reconciliations. You'll also contribute to tax research and client query resolution.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📝 Assist in preparing Form 1040, 1120/1120S, and 1065 tax returns.
- 📁 Support federal and state tax filings and compliance documentation.
- 🧮 Assist with bookkeeping, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- 📊 Analyze financial statements and support AR/AP tasks.
- 🔍 Prepare tax workpapers and assist in tax research.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Recently completed CA/CA inter/CA dropout.
- 🇺🇸 Basic knowledge of US taxation and accounting principles.
- 💻 Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- ✨ Familiarity with tax or accounting software is a plus.
