🎯 About the Role
This internship focuses on US Taxation and Accounting, where you will assist in preparing various tax returns, supporting federal and state filings, and conducting tax research. On the accounting side, you will help with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 📝 Assist in preparation of US tax returns (Individual, Corporate, Partnership).
- 📑 Support federal and state tax filings.
- 🔍 Assist in tax research and client query resolution.
- 📊 Prepare tax workpapers and compliance documentation.
- 📒 Assist with bookkeeping and journal entries.
- 🔄 Support bank and account reconciliations.
- 📈 Analyze financial statements and supporting documents.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Recently completed M.Com /MBA / CMA/CA/CA Inter.
- 🇺🇸 Basic knowledge of US taxation and accounting principles.
- 💻 Familiarity with tax or accounting software (Drake, Lacerte, ProSeries, QuickBooks, etc.) is a plus.
- 📊 Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- 🧐 Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
💰 Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
⏳ Duration: 3 Months
