This remote internship with NAZZTEC’s Talent Acquisition team offers support in end-to-end hiring activities, including candidate sourcing, job explanation, screening, and recruitment coordination. You will work closely with experienced IT Technical Recruiters and gain exposure to industry tools and real-time processes.

• 🔍 Support candidate sourcing for IT Technical roles.
• 🗣️ Clearly communicate job roles and opportunities to candidates.
• ✍️ Assist with professional writing for job descriptions and internal communication.
• 📊 Work closely with experienced IT Technical Recruiters.
• ⚙️ Gain exposure to industry tools and real-time recruitment processes.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• ⭐ Excellent verbal communication skills in fluent English, without any mother tongue influence.
• ⭐ Strong professional writing skills.
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 💡 A genuine desire to build a career in Talent Acquisition / IT Technical Recruitment.
• ⭐ A proactive and learning-oriented attitude.
• ⭐ Good organizational and time management skills.
• 💻 Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Outlook.
