Support key talent programmes and initiatives focused on developing and engaging high-potential talent across NCS.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to graduate recruitment, onboarding, and talent development programmes within a leading AI Tech Services company. You will gain practical experience in programme coordination, stakeholder management, and people analytics.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 👨‍🎓 Support recruitment and onboarding of Management Associates.
• ⭐ Coordinate engagement and development initiatives for talent programmes.
• 📊 Support data analysis and dashboarding for talent programmes.
• 📈 Review talent engagement scores and identify trends.
• 💡 Assist in translating data and feedback into actionable insights.
• 📝 Support other talent management and development initiatives.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 💖 Strong interest in talent management, learning and development, or HR.
• 🗣️ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 🔍 Organised and able to coordinate multiple activities.
• 📊 Comfortable working with data and drawing insights.
• 🚀 Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
