🎯 About the Role

This internship focuses on refining the quality process flow and developing analytical tools to drive improvements in quality management and customer satisfaction within the fast-moving cosmetics business across the APAC region.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🌱 Drive process optimization in Claims Management through UAT, communication, and rollout support.
• 📊 Improve data quality management by participating in evidence gathering and root cause analysis.
• 🔍 Perform thorough quality analysis and initiate corrective actions for procedural deficiencies.
• 📈 Develop common tools for weekly performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and action plan follow-up.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📅 Able to commit to a 6-month internship.
• 📈 Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP or WMS knowledge is a plus.
• 🗣️ Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• 🗂️ Strong Project Management and Change Management skills.
• 💡 Continuous improvement oriented, open-minded, and a team player.
• 😊 Customer and result oriented.

💰 Allowance: SGD 1,500 - 2,000 per month

⏳ Duration: 6 months
