🎯 About the Role

This role is for someone who wants to build and architect the HR function, working directly with founders to manage hiring, training, and policy frameworks. You will play a crucial part in converting high-performing interns into full-time employees.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• 🚀 Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
• 🔎 Aggressively hunt for talent via LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and communities.
• ⭐ Ensure impeccable candidate experience and communication.
• 📜 Design the intern-to-FTE conversion process and create scorecards.
• 📝 Draft company handbook policies (Leave Policy, NDA compliance, Code of Conduct).
• 🎉 Create a positive "Day 1" onboarding experience for new hires.
• 📚 Work with Tech Leads to ensure intern learning roadmaps.

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 📍 Willing to relocate to Pune and work On-Site 6 days a week.
• 🗣️ Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• 💡 Tech fluency (understanding of Java, JavaScript, Frontend/Backend).
• 🏢 Startup DNA and preference for building new ventures.
