🎯 About the Role
This internship focuses on designing key circuit blocks within an analog signal processing chain to meet critical ADC/DAC specifications and overall signal-chain performance. The role requires a strong understanding of circuit building blocks and simulation tools.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- ⚙️ Design high-performance transistor-level circuits.
- 📊 Meet overall ADC/DAC specifications and signal-chain performance.
- 📈 Analyze feedback, noise, and mismatch in transistor-level circuit design.
- 🛠️ Utilize Cadence schematic capture, virtuoso, Spectre, and/or HSPICE tools.
✅ Requirements & Skills
- 🎓 Students pursuing MS or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering focused on Analog/Mixed-Signal circuit design.
- 🧱 Strong understanding of basic circuit building blocks (e.g., bandgap reference, amplifiers).
- 📉 Familiarity with ADC/DAC design, PLLs, or Oscillators is a plus.
- 🧠 Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level circuit design.
- 💻 Familiarity with Cadence tools and circuit simulation.
